Mata close to being Manchester United's record signing

Juan Mata at 25 years old had a medical at Manchester United this morning, following what is thought a £37 million offer for the player accepted by Chelsea. Juan had scored 18 goals for Chelsea and been involved in 45 Premier league goals since joining from Valencia in 2011. No other Manchester United player has assisted more than 27 assists in the space of 3 years.
